Comments on posts
Everyone is welcome to comment on articles posted here, but in choosing to post a comment you agree to:

• Use your real name (‘Firstname, Initial’ is fine, eg: Neil A.). We believe it is helpful to create an environment wherein contributors are held accountable for their posts or comments, and requiring people to post or comment under their real names ensures that this is the case.
• You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.

Doing so may lead to you being immediately banned for a period of two weeks, or permanently banned in the event of persistent infringements, with your service provider being informed in the most serious cases.

Statistics
The Factory Night Church website (FNCWeb) gathers information revealed by the browser to compile statistics including, but not limited to, IP address/network address, Operating System, time of visit, how the site was reached (referrer), screen resolution and depth of screen colours.
These statistics do not reveal the identity of the user. These statistics are used for the purpose of developing FNCWeb to best meet users needs.

Cookies
The Content Management System that runs this web site uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered on the site, they serve only to “remember” a user on their next visit. The e-mail address collected when making a comment is used only for confirming your details and communicating your password is you are an authors on this site (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

Public Discussion
This web-site provides the capability for web-site users to enter comments. The only fields that will be displayed publicly are “Name”, “URL” and “Your Comment”. Whilst the “Email” field will be recorded, it will not be displayed publicly.
The email address will be used to notify a commentor of follow-up comments if that options is selected.

Contact/Feedback/Registration
Any details provided using any of the forms on this site are used solely for the purpose intended. In addition, details supplied by specific purpose online forms, be it for the purposes of feedback or registration, will be used for the purpose intended only. These details are not provided to third parties, or recorded unless required.

Email Lists/SMS Registers
Factory Night Church members are invited to join email lists and/or SMS Registers (eg: ‘PhatChat’).
Use of these lists/registers are restricted to those allowed by the webmaster – primarily for sharing information regarded as being of interest to FNC members. The email address of users is visible to the webmaster and some other users with administrative access, however, the email details of members are not available to the public or other members of the email list/register.
